New Indulgent Non – Dairy Flavours

Gelista, Australia’s leading Gelati and Ice Cream manufacture, is set to delight their customers with two new Non – Dairy additions to the 570ml consumer jar range. The Dairy Free Vanilla Bean and Peppermint Double Choc sets a bar higher for Dairy Free / Gluten Free indulgences.

“We know that some of our customers are lactose intolerant, have dairy allergies or simply choose to live a vegan lifestyle”, says Peter Cox, Founder and Managing Director of Gelista. “We’ve made a conscious decision to give the market extraordinary products that deliver on the Gelista taste and texture promise so these customers can enjoy the Gelista experience as well!”

Dairy Free Vanilla Bean

Dairy Free Vanilla Bean presents customers with a premium quality product that is worthy of pairing with your favourite dessert! We source the best premium grade Madagascan Vanilla we can find to go into this heavenly flavour! Our beautiful dairy free base ensures a creamy texture and a luxurious taste. The perfect vegan vanilla! Try our Dairy Free Vanilla Bean in an affogato, it’s simply indulgent.

“Gelista understands that people looking for dairy free options often have to settle for second best,” says Mr Cox. “We wanted to develop a dairy free vanilla bean that was comparable to dairy based vanilla products. As for the Peppermint Double Choc, I believe that this will become a favourite with a wide range of people including those who typically choose dairy based products. It simply tastes so good!”

Peppermint Double Choc

White Peppermint is typically the preferred mint chefs use in desserts. With the inclusion of our choc ripple and choc bits, it’s a feast for both the eyes and the soul. The refreshing peppermint base uses natural oil sourced from an Australian Family owned producer. This flavour is made even more indulgent with the sumptuous dairy free choc sauce and choc bits.

Both dairy free options are also vegan friendly.

These two Non-Dairy flavours were shipped to distributors around the country a couple of weeks ago and are expected to start appearing on retail stores shelves.
