New Indulgent Gelista Flavours Just in Time for Summer

Premium Gelati and Ice-Cream maker, Gelista, is set to release four innovative flavours just in time for Summer 2019/20. Gelista is passionate about indulging their customers through sourcing ingredients with “Terroir” a distinctive sense of place and quality. These four new flavours are no exception. The four new flavours will augment their existing 570ml Consumer Jar Range. Those customers who have already experienced the “Taste and Textures that’s uniquely Gelista” will not be disappointed.

570mL Apple and Guava with Salted White Chocolate

Apple and Guava with Salted White Chocolate presents customers with another amazing sherbet flavour, joining Gelista Blood Orange and Dark Chocolate as the second sherbet commercially produced and available across Australia through fine food supermarkets. Sweet apple juice from Australian family owned Nippy’s balances the tangy Guava from Northern Rivers in this unique Australian sherbet. The salted white chocolate ripple gives a complexity of flavour that takes this to the next level.

570mL Lemon Myrtle and Macadamia with Toasted Coconut

People who love lemon flavoured gelato are set to experience something extra special. Pure lemon myrtle harvested from the Northern Rivers, combined with Sunshine Coast macadamia and toasted coconuts will produce the modern flavour of the Australian summer.

570mL Coffee and Cardamom with Mocha Swirl

Coffee Mocha and Cardamom delivers a beautifully balanced flavour. Classic coffee gelato with a rich and indulgent mocha ripple has been given a new exotic lift with a hint of cardamom spice.

The new range is a fantastic achievement for the 100% family owned Australian company. “We are passionate about creating new and exciting flavours that continue to delight our wonderful customers” says Peter Cox, Founder and Managing Director of Gelista. “By expanding the offering in our 570ml Retail Range we are continuing to live out our brand story which we are so passionate about.”

570mL Peanut Butter with Chocolate and Caramel Swirl

Gelista has also announced the upgrade of the Peanut Butter with Chocolate Swirl Gelati to now include the added luxury of caramel sauce.  This upgrade will demonstrate Gelista’s capability of including two swirls in the 570ml Consumer Jar. Peanut Butter with Chocolate and Caramel Swirl is believed to be the first and only consumer jar flavour in the Gelati category in Australia to have two swirls. We are very proud of this achievement.

These new flavours were shipped to distributors around the country a couple of weeks ago and are expected to start appearing on retail stores shelves. They have been introduced to selected independent supermarkets and speciality food outlets around Australia.
