Gelista is excited to announce two new indulgent 570ml gelato flavours for Summer 2023. Lemon Sorbet and Chocolate Coconut Rough. These flavours join the already diverse lineup of 570ml flavours available in independent stockists around Australia. The South Australian family owned and operated gelato manufacturer is committed to introducing innovative and indulgent gelati combinations to excite and inspire customers.

Retail 570mL Chocolate Coconut Rough and Lemon gelati

These flavours are already immensely popular in the five and six litre ice cream food service ranges for cafes and restaurants. ‘We are excited to bring to bring the 570ml Lemon Sorbet and Chocolate Coconut Rough gelato flavours to independent supermarkets around Australia. Our refreshing lemon is one of our most popular flavours during the summer months. The Chocolate Coconut Rough is a twist on our popular Classic Chocolate made more indulgent through the addition of chocolate chips,’ Peter Cox Gelista Founder and Managing Director states.

A Zingy Delight: 570ml Lemon Gelato

Introduced just in time for Summer this non-dairy premium sorbet joins Gelista’s lineup of vegan gelato flavours. Fresh and juicy lemons sourced from Nippys juices based in Australia’s Riverland make this beautifully crafted sorbet a zingy and refreshing flavour sensation. This flavour has long been part of Gelista’s food service range and is used by Chef’s around the country to be paired with desserts and as palate cleansers.

A Delectable Combination: 570ml Chocolate Coconut Rough Gelato

This dairy based premium gelato joins Gelista’s lineup of indulgent flavours. Vibrant dairy-based coconut is beautifully crafted together with our classic chocolate to create a harmonious gelati. The blend is enhanced through the addition of chocolate chips. Our Chocolate Coconut Rough has also been part of our food service gelato range and has been immensely popular since its introduction in 2019. This innovative new flavour is a unique showcase of Gelista’s crafting technique featuring two separate gelati flavours swirled together.

The introduction of these two new indulgent gelato flavours is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and flavour excellence.

With these additions we are also excited to announce a range wide metallic update to the Gelista labels, to be rolled out over the next few months.
