Peppermint and chocolate are a match made in heaven. This Vegan Peppermint Bark is sure to satisfy all the choc mint lovers out there! The refreshing and creamy Peppermint Gelati and crunchy chocolate base come together to create and easy yet indulgent sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS:

For Dark Chocolate Layer

  • 400g Vegan Dark Chocolate

For Gelati Layer

  • 1 jar of Gelista Peppermint Double Choc (dairy free / vegan)

 

METHOD:

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
  2. Pour melted chocolate mix into lined baking tray and smooth out. Place in freezer to set for 5 mins.
  3. Scoop a whole jar of Gelista Peppermint Double Choc gelati in top of frozen chocolate layer. Smooth down Gelati so it’s flat.
  4. Place tray in freezer for 20mins to set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
