These Strawberry Mojiio tartlets are a quick and refreshing dessert alternative. Serve with our Strawberry Mojitio and top with fresh strawberries and mint for an indulgent summer dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 90g of digestive biscuits
  • 45g melted unsalted butter
  • 3 strawberries (garnish)
  • Mint leaves (garnish)
    METHOD:

    1. Blend or crush the digestive biscuits until the form a fine crumb. Mix through melted butter.

    2. Prexx mixture into 6 fluted tartlet tins.

    3. Refridgerate for 30 minutes.

    4. Remove casing from the tin and top with a small scoop of Strawberry Mojito gelati to serve. Garnish with halved strawberries or mint leaves.

    5. Enjoy!
