Adrian Richardson’s Strawberry and White Chocolate Gelati Roulade is the perfect sweet treat! The fluffy sponge cake encased with our premium Strawberry and White Chocolate Gelati mixed with fresh strawberries and slithers of pistachio!

Freezing Time





1 Pre-made sponge

1 x 570ml tub Strawberry with White Chocolate Gelati 

1 Punnet strawberries, quartered 

2 tbsp pistachios, chopped 


To serve

1 Punnet strawberries, halved 


Icing sugar




570ml Gelista Strawberry with White Chocolate Swirl

  1. Take gelati out of the freezer 10-20 minutes before using.

2. Add Gelati, strawberries, and pistachios to a large bowl, and use a rubber spatula to fold the ingredients through the Gelati.

3. Place the sponge on 2 pieces of baking paper. Spread the Gelati mixture over the sponge. Use the baking paper to help you roll the sponge.

4. Wrap in the baking paper and place in the freezer overnight.

5. Slice the roulade into pieces. Serve with fresh strawberries, mint and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
