INGREDIENTS:
- 60mls Pineapple Juice
- 60mls White Rum
- 4 scoops of Piña Colada Gelati
- Maraschino cherries
- Wedges of Fresh Pineapple (To Garish)
METHOD:
1. Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or blender and shake/ blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. Pour into glass and garnish with the pineapple, maraschino cherries or tiny umbrella.
3. Enjoy!
