Gelista, Australia’s leading brand of Premium gelati, is releasing two unique and exciting flavours in line with the latest consumer trends! Both Espresso Mocktini with White Chocolate Ganache and Strawberry with White Chocolate Swirl are going to delight all who try them!

Espresso Mocktini with White Chocolate Ganache
Locally roasted Artisan coffee is the star of our Espresso Martini Mocktail. The house-made ganache provides the exotic creamy texture that will delight your guests and family!
As the cocktail inspired name suggests, this flavour doesn’t contain any alcohol. But that doesn’t stop you from adding a cheeky shot of your favourite spirit to make an indulgent frozen cocktail.
Strawberry with White Chocolate Swirl
Elegant in its simplicity, this dairy based Strawberry Gelati is made more sumptuous with added cream from Australian Dairy Farmers. House-made premium Tasmanian strawberry jam and white chocolate ganache elevates this flavour to the next level!
Gelista is known for our award-winning Peanut Butter with Chocolate and Caramel Swirl Gelati which features Gelista’s distinctive two swirls. This stunning visual crafting technique is also showcased in this beautiful Strawberry Gelati.
These two new additions to the Gelista 570ml Gelati range were shipped to distributors and are starting to appear on retail store shelves.
