Supplied by the Clarke family from their farm, Westerway berry farm, the sharp flavour of the Tasmanian “heritage variety raspberry swirl gives a pleasing contrast to the opulent and luscious coconut milk non-dairy ice-cream.

Coconut Cream (46%), Water, Sugar, Raspberry (6%), Fruit Fibre, Vegetable Gums (Xanthan, Guar).

This rich blended chocolate from four famous cocao growing regions around the world, delivers the classic flavour of this dairy based premium gelati that will leave you wanting more.

Vanilla Bean
With no Australian supply of premium grade Bourbon-Madagascar vanilla, we use the best we can find from East Timor and other growing regions. This real crushed vanilla bean gives this dairy based gelati a luxurious flavour and mouth feel.

Blood Orange and Dark Chocolate
Made with Riverland blood orange juice from Australian family owned Nippy’s, this blood orange sherbet provides a perfect balance between sweetness and citrus tang which is punctuated by a stunning ripple of dark chocolate.

Ingredients:

Whole milk, Sugar, Blood Orange Juice (15.6%), Cream, Chocolate (3%) (Vegetable oils, sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), Milk powder, Fruit Fibre, Vegetable Gums (Xanthan, Guar), Colour: Beta Carateine.

 Ricotta Fig and Honey

Ricotta made with milk from family farms in the Fleurieu Peninsular delivers a subtle creamy flavour which is punctuated with bursts of fresh fig from Glen Ewin Estate in the Adelaide Hills and an underlying sweetness of Kangaroo Island honey.

Lightly Salted Caramel Macadamia
The lightly salted caramel delivers a balanced palate that holds the sweetness and salt in check.  Australian macadamia nuts supplied by processor Nutworks from Yandina in Queensland characterise this gelati adding complexity of flavour and crunch.
