And as the leaves turn yellow and the afternoon skies turn orange, Gelista has kept to theme with a beautiful, light orange coloured jar of delight with the release of their seedless passionfruit sorbet into the 570mL consumer jar range.
“We make a lot of premium sorbets for chefs and fine dining restaurants”, says Peter Cox, Managing Director and Chief Gelati Artisan at Gelista. “Our vegan friendly passionfruit has always been a popular choice for restaurant’s in our 5 Litre food service packs, but is the first time released this beautify sorbet in a consumer pack”.
The passionfruit sorbet delivers a clean and refreshing flavour that fills the mouth with a tropical tang and a delightfully smooth texture.
The standard range of Gelista gelati products feature a number of vegan friendly dairy free flavours including Coconut with Raspberry Swirl, Coconut, Almond Milk with Apricot Ripple and Almond Milk. The addition of the stunning new passionfruit sorbet makes Gelista a significant option for vegans and lactose intolerant consumers alike.
